Hey all! HAve been out of the game for a while. Hope I can get back in to it. My goals are alittle different from before though. I used to want to get as big as I could. Now I want to gain about 10 -15 pounds and be rock hard and cut...Any advice on suplemnts(the good stuff) and cycles would be appreciated..Later
I guess I should add I was up to about 240 I am 6'4''. I have lost 35lbs.ouch!!!! meaning I have lost it alll and want to gain some of it back!!!!!1

So you're 205 lbs now @ 6'4" and you want to LOSE 15 more pounds??? Are you saying you want to be really skinny? I don't think you need any drugs for that...

Seriously, I think you should get your diet and training in order for now.

If you all reread the post...I have lost abotu 35 pds. Cause I have been out of it for awhile....I want to gain back 10 to 15pds. Read the post. I put can instead of gain.....Man you all are tough on I guy..

Hope you under stand it better now.....I want a good 10 to 15 solid pounds back on. Want it to be hard and cut....

LOL, You put "can" instead of "gain?" I hope it was a typo, because nodody is going to understand what you are trying to say. I wasn't trying to be tough on you. I just don't think you would need drugs to be 6'4" and 190 lbs.

I still think you should get your diet and training in order since you've been out of it for a while.

are we talking
OFF: not training at all or
OFF: training but not on cycle or
OFF: training, not on cycle and only training
half-ass?

The good news is you've got a big frame. . .the bad news is we can't help you haven't given us enough info. . .I would narrow my question down if I were you. EG: Training/Diet/AS cycle/. . .finally, there are no supplements worth their money. ONlY protien powder and even that's debatable, but I love it cause I can't eat 4 chickens every fucking day.
