I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN ASKED A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE, AND I HAVE DONE A SEARCH, BUT CANT FIND SHIT. I NEED A LINK TO A WEBSITE, THAT CAN SHOW ME HOW TO INJECT IN TO QUADS, AND SHOULDERS. I HAVE SEEN THE ONE UNDER ELITES FEATURED SITES, BUT I NEED SOMETHING WITH SOME MORE PHOTOS, TO GET A BETTER IDEA ON EXACTLY WHERE TO DO IT. I WOULD REALLY APPRICATE ANY HELP.     | ||

i know the procedures to injecting, but i need help on where exactly to inject into the quad, and shoulder. i checked those sights, they are good, but not for what i need. i need pictures. | ||

Stand up with your hands hanging down your sides of your legs. Take your middle finger and thats where you should inject. As for the delt best in the side or rear part. I know someone on here has a good website with pictures so bump. | ||

ABOUT INJECTING IN YOU QUAD, YOU SAY WHERE THE TIP OF YOUR MIDDLE FINGER FALLS. IS THAT IN THE SIDE OF YOUR LEG, OR IN FRONT. A PICTURE SURE WOULD HELP |
