just curious about how long before you train should you apply the dmso/fina solution to skin, and what is the best place on the body to apply the mixture?    | ||

I wouldn't apply it until after your workout. The DMSO transmitts anything it comes in contact with, right into your skin. That includes the nasty little critters that might be growing on some of the gym equiptment. Wait until after you shower.  |
