I dont know how many of you do this but every time I pass a mirror with a tee shirt on I find myself striking a double bicep or most muscular pose. My wife thinks I need to get over myself but my thought is this. If you go to an art gallery and buy a picasso your going to stare at it every day. I told her my body is the same way. Its my own work of art. She said its embarrassing when we are at a department store and I for example hit a tricep pose in the mirror. WTF, I think this is normal. Iron Bros back me up on this one. PLEASE.     | ||

Yeah, you should be very proud of your body and all the hard work you have put into it. Standing around at home and flexing in your bathroom or bedroom mirror is something that I do all the time. But bro, when you are at the grocery store and you hit a double biceps pose in the mirror that hangs over the meat, you probably look like a total fool to everyone else. Admire yourself in privacy, let everyone else admire you when you out, but don't make yourself look like a total dork. | ||

I pose every time I get near a mirror. My gf gets pissed cause I look at myself so much. I tell her how lucky she is then. Even in restrooms i usually pose a little. It is a normal for me. | ||

That's some funny shit! I think I wore out a couple mirrors so far. I think we work really hard for this and if we want to look at ourselves, so be it. Nothing wrong with that. BUT.......like some of the other bros said, do it in private. ------------------ | ||

I got a time saving tip for ya! Rearrange your washroom so your mirror is over the toilet on the wall facing you. Therefore when your juicing you can strike poses to see your great reults while your taking a piss and at the same time you can check out your nut shrinkage in the water in the toilet bowl!!lol Bootyshaker | ||

Mostly i look in the mirror when i am banging your girl! j/k .. seriuosly though i think it is helpful and healthy for us, it helps us monitor our progress and be proud of what we have accomplished. | ||
