I injured my bicep tendon last week. Its been healing pretty well, im icing it a few times a day. I want to know some good stretching exercises I can use to help the recover process? Thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Damn, I did the same thing last spring, sucks, I still have pain on cold days and have to warm up alot before hitting heavy with biceps. I use to extend my arm out from my body, usually against a pole and push forward stretching the Bicep and shoulder. Seems to help, other than that just take it slow, the healing process takes awhile ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I actually injured it performing the bench press. the doc said my shoulder was fine...but the bicep tendon i guess runs up through the shoulder. Any other help would be appriciated... ![]() ![]() ![]() |
