Advice please. Guys - I've been training for about 10 years on and off. Like alot of you out there I've had lots of physical problems stop me cold from training for months at a time, personal circumstances etc. However in the last 3 years I began doing some fairly light cycles and training hard. I took my weight from about 115 to 133 kilos at about 12% bodyfat. I'm 6 foot 4 inches and have a huge skeletal frame. My chest is almost 60 inches and my shoulders are extremely wide (in fact I'm known as 'Shoulders' in most gyms I train at). I'm just being honest not bragging and I'm well aware of my weak bodyparts (quads, calves and traps to name but a few). My diet to be honest is bad at present but there were times when I ate right and put on lots of mass. I'm basically an easy gainer and could have really excellent lines I think. I think I could really look like a cross between Arnold and Kovacs as my dream weight is about 160 kilos and probably 145 competition. I'm getting on too - late twenties and have finally decided it's time to go hard or go home. I want to be the biggest damn bb on the planet and it's time to lay my balls on the line. Basically i have heaps of questions about gear to ask but most pertinent to me at this time is with a stack cycle say of deca, sus and andriol would you go hard and heavy over 6 weeks or take moderate amounts over 8 - 12 weeks. I don't really like the idea of taking shitloads over any time frame as my body has responded well to very moderate amounts before. It's just that now the guys I'm training with come the school of taking huge amounts and they are all ex or current competitive bb'ers. I would really appreciate your help. Genuine replies only - (not heresay only those who have done it all before and are in the know thanks).
