What's yalls opinion on training while on a cycle. Do you get better results from training one main muscle a day or do yall do something different? Im just curious, im on a cycle right now and my training split is Day 1-chest Day 2-back Day 3-legs Day 4-bi/tri w/ forearms Day 5- shoulders/traps then repeat with a rest day somewhere in between, Cardio and abs every day. Any sugestions on what yall think might work better or to change? Thanks* ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

looks decent, the split isn't as important as the routine itself...I personally split up legs, with quads and calve,a nd throw hams in with shoulders, I also split up back now into lower and upper back, and put lower on with quads and calves... big-guy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

the 1 body part a day workout is great. stay with it. the leg switch isn't completely necessary, but will enhance gains ------------------ "Don't Hate the GAME Hate the FAME" -me ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
