50% protein 30% good fats 20% good carbs might be a simple way to go or something around those numbers, Zone diet is 40 30 30, I like to alter them a tad. Keep the carbs to almost nil in the evening. Limit sugars, fruits, breads, starches, sodas you know what not to eat and what to eat! The main thing is discipline, you don't have it you won't get where you want. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I could give you an answer, but I need more info. When you say "cycle" do you mean steroids? What is your current body fat %? How old are you? What's your time frame? Will you be using any fat loss "supplements"? Finally, how are you training. Post this, and I'll give you an answer. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Turkey, white meat, Tuna, canned in water, chicken ONLY white meat or breasts. two pieces of fruit/day your choice. Rice cakes if you get too hungry, or popcorn with no salt no butter. . .its why I hardly ever get around to cutting. Just like to eat like a pig way too much and enjoy having a 2-4 pack instead of 6. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You can eat anything you want as long as you get enough protein-vitamins, and eat fewer calories a day then you burn. It really gets down to calorie counting and will power. You may not like the foods I use.Get a food values list and a piece of papper and figure out what you think you can live on. Saddly, it's will power of a different kind. A great lifter without this kind of mental willpower is called a power lifter. Dieting is a trip all it's own. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If you are looking for an easy to follow program that helps keep muscle mass...sometimes gain and drop the fat. I have the perfect diet. It will get harder as it goes, but is easy enough to keep you going... first six weeks 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats you should be eating clean foods that are unprocessed as possible. then start lowering the carbs and keep the protein the same...start dropping the fat a few grams a week... I use the scale of: Bodyweight x 13 = BMR add a approximate amount of cals for the amount of exercise you are doing... I weight about 185, so when I start contest dieting...I will do this: 185 x 13 = 2405 cals 500 cals from weight training 300 cals from cardio I take the total 3205 then I will figure out how much I will need to reduce for a 2lb a week loss... I will eat 2200 cals a week, this will give me a 7000 cal deficit per week... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
