I Am going to take bottle of deca 300 (10 ml) and a bottle of sustanon 250 (5 ml)is this ok or do i need to change it. also do i need nolvadex for this cycle? I would prefer to take it just to be safe but can't find a consistent way to take it on the net.

My suggestions are as follows: Run the deca at 400 in week six and take that 50mg's and tack it onto week 10 for a dose of 200 in week 10. I would also run the sust for eight weeks. It takes time to do it's thing and at week five it will only begin to exert it's full potential. 250 is fine but I would run it for three more weeks. Have nolvadex on hand however it is unlikely the sust at a dose of 250 will induce gyno. Your genetics may beg to differ so have it just in case. It is defenseless against the deca and progesterone. I would also use the clomid for two more weeks than you had planned, and start it after your last shot(of deca). I would run the clomid for four weeks post cycle. ------------------  | ||
