Seeing as we understand the effects of andro (or rather, the lack of) you wouldn't think this would be a big deal. It is, for a couple of reasons. First is like BigTruck said, the increasing regulation of steroidlike substances. The second reason is that "I'm taking andro" was a perfectly good (short term) excuse for why your test-epitest ratio might be elevated on a drug test. Bummer. Let's take the power back! shit just gives you gyno, but like atlas said, what's our excuse once the stuff is banned? I personally wouldn't take the time to spit in a bottle of that shit, I think these suppliment companies were creating drugs that "tried" to mimick steroids, but just ended up giving you worse sides with jackshit gains. | ||

What is the world of professional bodybuilding going to do now? i hear all those guys use "andro"... LOL seriously though andro is no gains all sides crap...maybe they will realize that when used correctly, steroids can be better, cheaper, and even safer than adro. yeah right but we can always dream right? Read somewhere in a magazine Time or one of the big ones that the over the counter medication like naturals ginsing, saw palamento, and etc are not being regulated. Now that I think about it it was a tv show 20/20 or dateline. The person was taking a script med for something and she heard of ginsing helping with stuff.... So without telling her doc or learning anything she just started taking them. I think at a higher than normal dose.. It missed her up good ER and all, almost died. And if you ever watch these shows they can make anything look bad. And they put up a strong point that the FDA should regulate it in someway. No we all no it's bullshit but look at it from the $$$$ side Twinlab, EAS etc all make a great profit. And the doctors, insurance, HMO,PPO, nurses just don't see any of this billion dollar income. Just hope that Bush gets in the office....

Whether it was a worthwhile supplement or not is not the point, the point is that the government outlawed a supplement on very little grounds. The real question should have been did it harm anyone. Remember the FDA and states are still trying to get ephedrine and Ephedra products off the market, and with the PPA regulation, I think it may be a little easier for them. All they need to do is get a few sob stories or horror speculations and the court of public opinion will come running to their aid. | ||
