I am at the end of my first cycle and my legs have seemed to have grown the most. I have been squating extremely heavy for what i have been used to doing. After squating last week I tore the skin in my left leg with some bleeding after that I noticed many stretch marks in my legs and glutes. Anything I can do?

Hey, you need to get yourself some Vitamin E capsules. The kind with the oil inside that you can squeeze out through a small puncture in the end of the capsule. Rub the Vitamin E oil into the scars several times a day. It is the best thing I know of for reducing the appearance of scar tissue. Good Luck.

P.S. Is it really so bad to be too huge for your skin??? Just a thought.

Stretch marks a bitter sweet, your growing but the marks themselves usually arent pleasent to look at. Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E oil will help somewhat, keep the areas mostiurized (sp) but if they are there they wont go away (only fade).

Its one of the reasons I am bridging instead of just staying on, to give my skin sometime to catch up and grow a little more slowly to thwart the marks.

I got a ton of stretch marks on my upper pecs and was pround as hell of them until a chick said they were nasty. Then I noticed that other people don't know what the fuck they are. Vitamin E oil everyday made them fade, except for the older ones.

I might be wrong on this but, I think that tanning will speed up the fading of stretchmarks, along w/ vitamen E& coco butter.

Retin A will even out the skin tone within a few weeks of constant use. Also wash with a glycolic acid wash (alph Hydroxy).

Stretchmarks=Genetics. If you have them, your stuck with them. Tanning can make them less visable.

Diesel - I have no experience with A/S however, on the topic of stretchmarks...I am an expert!

THERE IS NO TOPICAL OTC ANYTHING that you can apply that will prevent or fade stretchmarks. Stretchmarks come from the inside and are caused by your skin literally ripping.

They will fade with time, however. After four children, I have yet to hear anybody run screaming in the opposite direction as I have approached them on the beach.....so if I were you, I wouldn't sweat it.

I've read that stretch marks are due to a lack of zinc. You could try a good chelated supplement. Also, aloe may be good for a skin tear?

Stretch marks are scars and they will turn white but they will remain forever. Short cycles with less gear, grow a bit slower, give the skin time to catch up. Prevention is the only answer. Scar tissue grows in the gap and there is no way to bring the skin back togather again. Bicini Mom is right, woman get the same thing during pregnacy if it's in their genes. Woman must live with it(be loving guys), men on A.S. might want to consider growing slower over a longer period of time.
