Alright bros, here it is...In A school for information systems technician, for a while I couldn't lift weights...I'm serious, I know it violates all work ethic, but I didn't have the time...I'm second in my class, so I see a meritorious promotion on the way....Anyhow, I started back lifting balls to the motherfuckin wall about a month ago...since then I have gained ten pounds, I'm sure I've dropped bodyfat, according to mirror at least, and my bench has shot up about 30 lbs....all this while balancing one of the most academically stressful schools the military has to offer...BTW females really like a guy whose physique they can admire in class...I have everybody calling me Drago from Rocky IV since I've grown to my new proportions...If only they could have seen me before I quit the first time...Anyway, I just wanted my bros to know I'm back in the game..and I apologize for violating the iron bro's work ethic of iron before all.
