Two things...

1) Ok, i finished a cycle about 8 weeks ago, during those eight weeks i got a little acne, not much, but since i have stopped, it's out of control, my back and shoulders are full of those big puss heads. What's up with that?

2) And this is what i don't understand... when some people say that when they are on a cycle, they lose fat and gain muscle, how the hell are you suppose to lose fat when you have to eat like a horse in order to gain all you can. What am i missing, everytime i try i just put an fat along with muscle.

6 weeks of dbol @ 35mg a day
8 weeks of sust @500mg week
4 weeks of prop @ 400 mg a week
8 weeks of deca @400 mg a week.

I gained about 25 lbs and i lost about 10 so far, but i swear i've gained some fat on the waistline..it pisses me off!

That's a pretty heavy cycle, no wonder you got pimples everywhere. And that 10 pounds you lost was probably mostly water.

Did you use any clomid? How are your natural test levels now?

Yeah i used clomid and the balls are back to normal now, the cycle lasted 12-13 weeks in total.

as for the acne b5(pentatonic acid) will work
fine.also rub your back and sholders with nizoral shampo it works fine to clear those white heads .
as for your second question you eat reasonable.

It sounds like you have acne vulgaris, make an appt. to see a dermatogist. They will prescribe something for you..

What kind of deca did you use. Last time I used Brovel, and it gave me some horrible acne...

About the weight loss, Did you use clomid????

bodyfat percentages usually drop during cycles but it's not because of the fat being burned up. It's because your now heavier with more muscle and fat takes up a smaller percentage of your overall bodyweight. you might burn a little off but not that much on a bulking cycle

First off, the sust was active for about 3-4 wks after your last shot, so you have been off ( theoretically for 4 wks ) On top of that you add the clomid in there and there is no doubt about it you are gonna get acne. Usually clears up about 6 wks after clomid or improves by that time.

Try as above mentioned B5 although it didnt and doesnt do jack for me. Try at 6 grams a day. Also have 2 showers a day and use an antibacterial soap or acne cream.

Hope this helps in some way.

I have just realised I always get spots when on dbol or a bombs and not too many other things.

You are right my friend. You are going to gain some fat along with your muscle. You will have guys who will tell you to eat clean and you won't gain any fat...blah blah blah. If you try to eat a clean 4 or 5 thousand calories per day, everyday for 8-12 weeks, you are going to make yourself crazy. Sure, in theory it may work, but most people opt to get some extra calories from some burgers, pizza or whatever. It is just so much easier that way.

If you gain some fat, just get yourself something to maintain your muscle mass, some T3 or ECA, drop your calories and eat VERY clean, hit the treadmill and keep lifting hard and you will shed that extra bodyfat. Either way, it is alot of work, so just chose whatever method you think will be the best for you.
