i wasn't able to lift for about two weeks because of thanksgiving and sickness, and i just got on an intensense bench workout along with my other lifts, and i am very sore, it is an every day workout if i continue to do it would my muscles have time to recover? should i get off this workout until my muscles adapt to lifting again? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

humm.....just stay off that muscle in till it is not sore, work out another muscle...but if you are talking about training every day, i would not go more then 4 days a week if you are not on any thing. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

thanks bro for the advice. my coach is who put me on it. it is a power workout. it is suppose to make my bench go up. but i think i probably would like to look bigger than get stronger. p.s. i am on creatine right now and am about to start up another bulking cycle. would the creatine be enough to help my muscles? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
