Whats up brothers i got a big problem,need your help asap.I just finished my tour of duty in the ol US Marine Corps.5.5 years of violence and bloodshedding.it was great now I'm going to play football for a school on the east coast.Anyway I've been through 2cycles of deca/sus/dbol for 12wks.I went from 160 to 195 bench 250 to 345 squat from 315 to 500 for 2 presses.I broke my leg wrestling in the field.I was on bed rest for one month,strict orders.My cast is off now but after 4 weeks i looked in the mirror and jumped on the scale.I'm now 160 again and my strength is very minimul.I'm full recovered I can run and everything,but I went from girls saying dag look at those arms to aaaahhh hes cute but too skinny.I'm 5'9 160 ib. I used to be a massfull sex machine now I'm a acne scarred anarexic I cant go to college like this. The scouts got me at 5'9 193 ib benching 345 running 4.42.What do I need to do to get to that stage again at least by Feb.also what can you guys tell me about the acne.Semper fi ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

how is juice gonna hurt him? from what I've heard its hard as hell to get back to where you were if it was steroid induced, as he was, in the first place;so is training naturally 6monthes really going to get him there. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you lost everything that quick, you probably gained it too quick. Try doing some eq or winny cycles so at least you can tell your coach you had an injury and only lost a smaller percentage of what you actually have lost. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Because his body has been weakened by the injury and the time spent away from the gym. The gear will artificially raise his strength while his tendons, joints and neuromuscular pathways are still weak. Injury can happen very easily in this situation. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

The man just got back from 2 months of doing nothing and a leg ina cast. using gear is not only bad advice but also potentially harmful. Gear is not a cure-all. It is only supposed to be used when an athlete is in 100% peak form. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree with 2Thick. You'll be surprised at how much you can gain naturally after recovering from an injury. I would disagree with the recommendation of six months, however, because he has time constraints to consider. I would re-evaluate after a month/6 weeks, and if the gains aren't what you wanted, start a moderate cycle at that time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

2Thick is right! However if he has a scholarship they won't accept that he is only 160lbs... There is 3 months left. So train naturally for 6 weeks and then cycle for 6 weeks to get back to your previous weight. It's up to to the athlete it depends on your priorities. If it wasn't for the possibility of losing a scholarship I would definitely work on building a base first. You should maybe take up with some of the guys who are into heavier cycles and get some opinions. No offense to 2THICK but he believes strongly in modest cycles. The bulk of the gains on his cycles are due to an optimal training, diet, and sleep regiment. Good luck regardless of your decision. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

AS RARE AS THIS SEEMS TO OCCUR, I HAVE TO AGREE WITH 2THICK. . .DON'T GO HITTING ANYTHING FOR AT LEAST 8 WEEKS. YOU'LL NEED A MONTH OF TRAINING JUST TO GET INTO TRAINING CONDITION WHILE REHABING THAT LEG. . .YOUR GOING TO NEED ANOTHER MONTH TO SOLIDIFY YOUR TENDONS, MUSCLES AND LIGAMENT, JOINTS AND LATERAL STRENGTH AND GET BACK TO PLACE WHERE YOU CAN START TRAINING FOR SIZE. . .MY ADVICE IS AFTER 8 WEEKS ARE UP IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY READY, ONLY YOU KNOW, HIT SOMETHING LIKE ANAVAR, AND DECA. IT'LL GIVE YOU GOOD STRENGTH BUILD UP WITH OUT THE WATER, YOU MAY BE LEANER THAN THE 190 POUND GUY THEY WERE LOOKING FOR BEFORE BUT YOU'LL BE IN FINE SHAPE AND HAVE A BASE YOU CAN BUILD AFTER SPRING BALL OR IN THE LATE SPRING EARLY SUMMER BEFORE YOU START.
