About 10-20 pounds depending on your diet, training, and sleep. The amount you will keep depends on use of anti-estros and off cycle diet and training. | ||

i am trying to bulk up some, should i use some dbol to boost up the omnadren, i am still on week one, and should i save the winny for another time | ||

No reason to being the dianabol now, I will give you some advice which you can take or leave. One when you want some critque list everything you are planning on doing. Also give your goals for doing this mass?strength etc.. If you have the dianabol save it and begin the dianabol 7-10 dayys after your last omadren shot. Take the dianbol with the winstrol 25mg of dianabol per day with 50 mg of winstrol every other day.
