I am 5'11 and 165 lbs. I now have 800 mgs of deca durabolin. I know the range is from 200 to 500 mgs a weeks. About how much should i take a day? This will be my first cycle so i dont want to start off too strong. Any advice on how i should cycle this one? Also would i have hair loss on this cycle. thanks | ||

800mg isnt enough to make your dick limp! 1 - Save your deca until you know what your doing. No - buy a bunch more. And some testosterone, nolvadex, clomid and any other drugs you can source. When you have about $2000 invested you are ready. 2 - You need to take some time to learn how to train before you start juicing. Not a flame, but 165 at your hieght tells me that you havent been at this a long time. Learn how to train and eat before wasting your time with steroids. 3 - Using the fucking search engine. Read some fucking books. Dont think you can ask an educated question until you know what the fuck your talking about. How much deca per day? Better yet - just send my your deca. Ill put it to good use for you. | ||

i think what gearseeker is trying to say is that you definately are not ready for juice. you have to do more research and learn more and definately train and eat right before doing this. you should try to hit your bodys full potential and while doing that do your homework, find out what a/s is right for what your trying to achieve. don't rush into it, you will regret ruining your first cylce(the best cycle) if you do. good luck ------------------ | ||

man i kinda knew that was coming. i have been working out for 2 and a half years now. just a year ago i changed my diet. i have only made small gain. i get about 250 grams of protein and about 400 grams of carbs. fat is usually 100 or less. im not trying to blow up like a balloon and im not an expert but i did research what i will be putting in my body. i just wanted a foundation on how i can start. | ||

There are a lot of sites out there that will tell you the sort of information you are asking. If you did your research, as you said, you would know what the WEEKLY dosage for deca is. Just trying to help you out ... pumpdog | ||

Any 5'11 guy should be able to get to a solid 200 naturally. Set that as a goal to hit before juicing. | ||

Partner, Deca's not a one-a-day type of drug and 800mgs will last 2 weeks at a small dosage. you might gain 1/2 lb. if you're lucky | ||

hey guys can i get some advice on diets. right now i am eating about 10oz of steak and 8oz of chicken a day, including all the rice and potatoes and granola and its at about 4000 calories a day. when i changed my diet i noticed that my body became harder. now this may sound funny but does your body get harder then grow. i noticed that my muscles are more fuller. i guess in due time i will grow. any suggestions. my cousin said boost up my caloric intake by another 1000 calories. man my metabolism is already a furnace, i love how i keep getting hungry. but any tips. | ||

Kain - I very well may be back here asking those exact questions. But, in laymen's terms, please tell me why, if I continue with a really good diet and always pushing myself to my limit at gym, why would I necessarily lose everything I gain. Just like everyone else here, I'm trying to learn from you guys who are more experienced. Lots of love, BTW: I'm planning on gaining 20 pounds, not 10!!! | ||

Well, lemme quote you: "I've been working out for about a year and I wasn't making the gains I wanted" What did you weigh before this year if you're only 165 now? And you say about a year...is that 8 months, or 11 and some change. By the way, how old are you? " Then you say in your latest post that you will "keep with a really good diet and pushing yourself to the limit in the gym"...well you're obviously not pushing yourself to the limit in the gym and eating a really good diet. You may think AS is the answer, but it's far from it. Sure, for the 8 or so weeks you're on it, you'll eat right, and train hard...because you'll see instant results and that's what everyone looks for these days. But after a month of the same training regimne you'll be saying, "Why the fuck am I not gaining 6 pounds a week? Hell, I'm actually losing a couple." Then you'll go back to the training and eating that you obviously had before you started AS that got you to only 165 pounds. You said you've been training a year, correct? In this year, do you honestly think you know your body well enough to eat correctly and cater a workout that fits you? Hell, I know guys that have been battling with the correct balance of diet and training for 5 years. This isn't a flame, and I hope you get what you want out of it, but be prepared for disappointment...you've got the perfect setup for that at least.

Hugh, concerning your comment that a 5'11 guy should be able to get to 200lbs naturally...I've been training hard for about 5 years now, got up to about 190-195 lbs. mark (height is 6'0ft). Only problem now is, if I try for that extra 10lbs. now, it seems to go straight to my waist, regardless if I'm eating clean or not. Any ideas to pack on another 10lbs without it expanding the waistline...I want to maximize my potential before I hit my first cycle. | ||

Hi ther Jorbiddon. I'm laughing my ass off. I'm a 40 year old female, 5'5". I get up to 165 (and not that overly fat) in the off season, and I have NEVER used any steroids. I have to agree with the bros that say you're not ready for 'roids. Unless you go to a doc and have them tell you your FREE testosterone is way low in which case they will probably GIVE you a prescription for some test! Train, eat, sleep, then do it again. | ||
