ok this isnt for me.. my brother is 5'10" and 165 lbs .. he wants to bulk up to 195 or so. i told him sust. but i really havent had any experience with bulking cycles.. ive only done winny, primo, eq. things like that.. so could anyone offer a cycle to help my brother out?
