Will you get tested? If not go with a Deca/winny stack and train for strenth not size. Be sure to keep your flexabilty. If you lose that you will lose velocity. I was a pitcher in college. I turned down the Giants out of H.S. To up my draft status after 4 years of college. I hit the weights to hard and bulked up. By my junoir year My velocity was down 7mph, 92 to 85. My senoir year I wasnt a pitcher any more and didnt get drafted. It was a sad day | ||

im also a college pitcher, im partial to the mass builders like sust and dbol, along with winny or halotestin. after 2 cycles i have added about 7 mph to the fastball. whatever you choose just be sure and long toss ALOT, it is the key to velocity. mike ------------------ | ||

bro every single baseball player i know uses Winny. Especially the pitchers. That's the only thing i've seen people use, and the pitchers who have used it, have got much faster. | ||

Bro if your in college then watch the deca. Although it is very good for your needs it is very risky with NCAA testing. People think it's bull shit but when my school went to regionals in 98' and 99' they do random test on the players. This means that they select a few players from every team. The word is it is random but if some team has a blown up individual a lot of people feel they have a better chance of being tested. And like mentioned make sure that you long toss a lot along with stretching (I'm sure you already do these a lot)to stay loose and gain that velocity. I personally would stay away from anything that will bulk you up to quick. Not because I think it will make you slow or interfere but because that shoulder joint is very fragile and willneed time to acclamate to the newfound strength. I had to have my shoulder scoped for a torn laberum which (along with cuff problems) occur frequently when the tendons and ligaments in the shoulder or knee joints are placed under higher levels of stress without adequate time to adjust. My .02 here so be careful and play it smart. The AS can make a difference but in the area of a pitcher it needs to be done right to prevent a career threatening injury. Good luck! |
