I was lookin at the Mr.O pics and damn Coleman really looked like shit. Sure he's huge but that's not all that matters. Flex also looked like shit, he's got some of the fattest, jiggliest glutes and hams I've ever seen. Kevin should have won the damn thing. He had size and condition. Plus he's not a complete bafoon like Ronnie. Kevin wouldn't have come on leno and made an ass out of himself and a mocary of the sport. So props to the real Mr.O Kevin Levrone     | ||

also, here's a tip for flex....save your money on the synthol and get some lypo on that ass instead. | ||

i thought kevin won the show when i watched it online, his posing routine was way better, and he looked totally shredded too. His size was way more proportional. They just gave it to Ronnie cause he's big, | ||

I'll agree that Levrone should have won if the show was judged on conditioning, but at the O they always look for SIZE. Shawn was also on and should have been placed higher. | ||

Heavyware is right. Levrone forgot to bring his quads with him and, although he was shredded, he still wasn't as shredded as Coleman. Look at this month's Flex. Look at the back shots with Levrone and Coleman side by side. There isn't a bodypart from the neck down that Levrone has him on. Coleman's glutes at 280 or whatever he wayed were more shredded than guys 50 pounds less. Pictures don't lie, look at Flex and that should change your mind. And to say Coleman looked like "shit" is crazy whether you're into big guys or Ray, Priest type of guys. | ||

Yeah, Levrone lost the show when he turned around. Ray had no weak points though...definately the best I've seen him. Kevin has a music CD coming out soon. That should be interesting. | ||
