You will need to train for about 6-12 months non-stop 3-5 days per week before you can even consider anything more potent than creatine. As for diet; No fast food, avoid all sugar, raise your protein intake. Eat 4-6 small meals a day. Avoid carbos after 6PM. Try to keep below 40g of fat per day. You are not ready for steroids. They will do nothing for you and you may hurt yourelf in the process. Please reply if you have any questions.

You will make good gains off of creatine monohydrate, l-glutamine, protein shakes and 6 meals a day. Also drink 2 gallons of water per day. Diet: mostly chicken, tuna, red meat, vegitables, breads, cereals, pasta, oatmeal...etc. Ther are great recommendations on Elite's Diet discussion board. A typical day would look like this: Meal 1: oatmeal, toast, 3 egg whites, glass of milk, glass of water. meal 2: chicken breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, slice of whole whaet bread, glass of milk and glass of water. meal 3: Meal replacement powder or Protein shake. meal 4: 8 ounce steak, corn, chedder cheese, glass of milk, galss of water meal 5: protein shake, can of tuna without mayo, pickle, glass of warm milk and water.

For anyone who hasnt trained for long and wants to get on gear, forget about it!!! You need to reach a platue first. The gear is there to break through those barriers. I wouldnt even add creatine or glutamine until your first platue. That should take about 3 months. After that start the otc supplements. Take those for another 6 to 8 months. After that gear will help break new bounderies. keep the diet strong and let your body grow on its own. You will be surprised what your body will do.

You have a couple years to go before you venture into the waters of steroid use. Diet is the most important factor and you said yourself you don't have that figured out. Diet alone will take a year or two to fugure out. You have to experiment and study to find out what works for you. AS is a privilage for those who have successfully mastered proper diet and training. I think of it as the masters degree. You have to go through a lot of schooling in which you learn all you can before you are able to earn that degree. AS is for the experienced and knowledgeable. Diet and training will get you pretty damn far. Food is the most anabolic substance so use it to your advantage. While you are mastering the fine points of diet and training study up on AS. When studying AS you will be amazed at what you will learn about the human body. This knowledge will be worth more than gold. ------------------ |
