Hey livinglarge, The dosage averages out at 11.6mg active ingredient per square which allows for some wastage when cutting the sheet into squares. The actual milligram amounts may fluctuate slightly from square to square but the variation would be negligible with the lowest at say 9.8mg to 10.2mg. Try asking this question on the UG, Renegade or Anabolex boards. A lot of the bros over there have been using the 10mg for some time and there is plenty of feedback. Nex ------------------  | ||
