I understand Getting a certain amount of protien and loading up but how much Carbs? I think I have my diet ideas pretty well laid out but last time I definitely f*cked up my amount of carbs. I understand the "Eat everything" ideal. Although realistically I have a pretty demanding schedule. i.e. Kids, Girlfriend, Work, Friends, Family. If you guys could lay out a diet of five to six meals that you have used successfully I'd really appreciate it. You can E-mail it to me or post it right here. Appreciate the help Bro's. Oh yah, hope Twisted don't get offended at the use of Bro..lol ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

make sure u have 30 - 45 grams of protein an each meal and then fill the rest with whatever u want. just make sure u get a certain amount of calories in every day. just watch if u start getting fat. clean up your foods first, then if your still packin on just fat lower your calories a bit. keep doing this till u get it right. good luck. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Carb sources are just as important as protein sources. after a workout, simple carbs are the best. carbs are very important, they are the most neglected macro nutrient in "popular health" diets. for mass carbs should be way high. don't skimp. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
