If I was to finish a course of testo/deca just before my hols, will I come back with all my gains gone? I'm going for 2 weeks. How can I keep some of my gains if I can't train??

do some kind of excercise push-ups sit ups, pull ups, jog and eat extra strict

If you finish up with the a/s before you go make sure you start the clomid, unless you used sus than you don't need to start the clomid for about 3 weeks after last injection and as for training you still can do push-ups, elevated pus-ups, situps, pull-ups if you can find a bar, you can always find some way to train.

some of you guys look into this way to much....shit that 2 wks might be a well needed break..

Here's what to do. Make sure to take your clomid, and anything else you mnay have at low doses.

In the last week before you go on hols, train like a full five or six days, up your sets and exercises thru the roof. In other words, overtrain yourself as far as possible, and you will spend at least the first week off, and probably half the second, in recovery and growth mode. So you may actually get quite good gains! IronMike

What IronMike just suggested is exactly what I plan to do and thus I will be able to just relax by the beach and grow. It has worked before.

eat like a f***** pig do about 100 push-ups
before bad and if possible do also pull-ups
. pull-ups would be the best
