I bought some imitation crab meat sealed in plastic and it tastes like ass, so what can I put on it or how can I prepare it to make it a nice protein meal, it has 40 grams per purchase, its a good deal at 2.50 a bag.

Heh heh heh....found out my secret...eh.

I eat the shit out of it, right out the bag...it's mostly made from egg white, hence the protein.

You can make a seafood salad for sandwiches which is pretty good....make it the same way you make your tuna salad....

I was hoping to put something on it so I can stand eating it out of the bag, or maybe heating it up? I prefer convenient. Did you get my email Ranger? I dont know if my ms express is working.

Chop it up, mix with frozen bay shrimp, and then pour snap e tom tomato juice over it.

Chop up some cukes, onion, and celery. Mix with above and add lemon juice and tabasco.

Instant ceviche!

mmmmm,

It is not the egg white's that have the protein though. They are almost the last ingredient. The protein comes from the Pollock, Whiting Fish that they use for the Base.

If you knew anything about nutrition you would know that 3 Egg whites only have 10g of Protein.

A whole protein yes, but very small amounts.

I eat 8 Egg whites to get 26g of Protein, and that is a fair sized omelet. And I eat other food with it.

Super dave, you said 40 grams of protein for purchase? Do you mean 40 for serving? If you do mean 40 grams of protein for serving what kind of imitation crab are you buying and where are you buying it, because the only imitation crab I've ever bought has about 6 to 9 grams of protein for serving and about 13 grams of carbs for each serving.
