For some reason I can't hold down flax oil, or other EFA blends. Does anyone know of maybe a flavored EFA blend or something that doesn't taste like ass cheese?     | ||

Just pour the oil on your baked potato or on salad. Some people even mix it in with their shakes. Come on, you can inject yourself every few days, but you can't take flax seed oil?! Just down that shit and get it over with. I don't like the pills cause you gotta like pop 30 of them to get anything out of it. |
