Are there any websites that show good cycles already made up??? I get asked cycle questions all too much and it would be easier to refer someone to a web page then type out the different cycles. I've tried sending people to the search function here but they always come back with more questions than when they started.     | ||

lmao @ you, yeah wouldnt it be great if there was a website which had planned cycles for different purposes. The thing is I like creating my own specific for my interests and goals and like to experiment a bit. ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try | ||

Well genious there are sites with common cycles!!!!!!!!! You got 400+ posts without knowing that, let me guess you joined last week right???? Anyone have a site in mind, or know the link to E2's site???? | ||
