Im currently on 1 gram of test/wk, 7 dbols/day and soon to start winny @ 50mgs /day for 6 wks whilst continuing the test for the full 10 wks. My question is would it to those who know: How many calories do I really need to grow the max whilst on this cycle? Would it be better to eat absolutely anything in site, junk food included. Or would it be better to keep my diet very clean, (but this way eating less calories). Will I gain much fat from eating everything in site, and I mean everything. I have gotten away with macdonals 3 or 4 times a wk in the past. Im keeping protein high at 300grams / day. The rest clean or anything? 6'4, 240 right now, up 5 lbs 1 wk into my cycle. Quite fast metabolism. ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try ![]() ![]() ![]()

Your calorie requirements depend on you and only you. You have to find what it takes to make you grow muscle, loose weight, and the point at which you gain fat. I eat clean year round. This is one thing I never deviate from. I don't cheat. Havn't had ice cream or candy or cookies or fast food in three years. During bulking this means eating a lot being that calories are harder to come by with clean foods. I myself would never eat junk. I prefer the high octane for my machine. Just me but it works for me. If you are disciplined enough to eat clean then do it. It will serve your body well. As far as the calories only you can decide how much you need. I would think at your size that 4500 cals would be bare minimun. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Beezers (edited December 03, 2000).] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yeah Beezers, thanks for the reply, bare minimum is 5000 before I start adding any weight. I am now between 5000-7000/day depending on my work. Eat either 5 6 or 7 meals a day each at 1000cals. Dont usually put on any bodyfat so I was thinking of eating everything in site and as well as packing on as much muscle possible also some extra bodyfat to make sure I am gaining that muscle. Each meal im eating contains between 50-70 grams of protein. Would I be better to eat eat eat or still stay clean? Thanks ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try ![]() ![]() ![]()

i would definately say you need to keep your calories around 6000-6500 if your looking to gain size and up your protein as well to 400mg or so..keeping your diet clean is hard when on a high calorie diet unless you get alot of your cals from carbs which you may not want to go up so high on if your metabolism is slowing down from the weight gain water bloat etc. keep it clean for the most part but you can still eat bad once a week and on that day may i suggest an all you can eat buffet with lots off meat!! mr.huge ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

What I do is eat clean eat clean eat clean. Takes a lot of food but I feel better, perform better and look better. I pack in the calories I just make sure they come form quality sources. Barley, rice, shredded whaet biscuits, oats, eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, chicken, whey. I get my fats from all of those and flax and natural pennut butter. Now except for the pennut butter all of these foods arn't calorie dense so I have to eat a lot of them. But that's good because I have a never ending appeteite. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
