Anyone have any thoughts on the benefits of using the sauna a few times a week. I have been using it immediately after working out for 10 to 20 minutes and find it gives me sort of a runners high type feeling and relaxes me. Does it aid in muscle recovery?

Bro the sauna is good for your skin, you should go in the sauna for about 10min and then take a cool shower, then repeat this 2-3 time, this will clean out your skin of oil and dirt, also the heat is good for sore and pulled muscles.

Gethuge on the water loss effect. Isn't that just a temporary thing and when you drink your usual water intake it will just come back, or can consistent sauna usage actually cause more than a temporary loss of sub muscular water retention?
