Anyone have any thoughts on the benefits of using the sauna a few times a week. I have been using it immediately after working out for 10 to 20 minutes and find it gives me sort of a runners high type feeling and relaxes me. Does it aid in muscle recovery? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Bro the sauna is good for your skin, you should go in the sauna for about 10min and then take a cool shower, then repeat this 2-3 time, this will clean out your skin of oil and dirt, also the heat is good for sore and pulled muscles. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Gethuge on the water loss effect. Isn't that just a temporary thing and when you drink your usual water intake it will just come back, or can consistent sauna usage actually cause more than a temporary loss of sub muscular water retention? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
