I've been on dianabol/deca for three weeks now and I have made no visual improvements, but my strength has gone up e.g. lifting 80k benchpress, two weeks ago lifting 70k. My cycle is the usual - start on 15mg/day, 200mg deca/wk. I've upped the dosages week by week. I'm into week 4, just started 30mg/day 200mg/deca (gonna keep this at 200 all cycle). However, i'm becoming dissolusioned. I train damn hard, and I eat a very good diet. My friend tells me you only start putting weight on when you pass 150 tablets, but everything i've read says the weight gain should be immediate and progressive. I just don't know what to do. Is it my genes? Before I started the course I had low testosterone levels (had them checked - didn't come off last course properly) - can this be why? I've been reading about steroids for three years, but I am in a rut and I have no where to turn. K_C ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

No need to start dbol low and go up. If anything start high and come down but most prefer not to taper. Deca should have started at 400/wk. Just my opinion. No reason why you shoudlnt have gained. Perhaps diet? Make sure you are getting at least 200 grams of protein (minimum), keep calories high (about 1.5 to 2 times as much as normal) and you should grow. Dbol every 3-4 hours or all at once or not split up too much? ------------------ You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don't try ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i don't know but Dbol and Deca. With those 2 i think you should eat, eat, eat. Deca needs protein (don't know for Dbol, which is not my cake, water, water, water). Anyway it is not your genes. 200 mgr Deca is low anyway. Maybe fake Dbol ? ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Take a good hard look at your diet. Magnify every aspect of it and perhaps you can pin-point a problem there. I always beleive diet comes first. If that isn't the problem you may simply need to up your dosages. You should have started the dbol at its highest dose though. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

What you have read about raising your doses as the body gets used to it is outdated info..you should have started at 400mgs and stayed there. The d-bol should have been done at 30mgs/daily. Also, you said that you have low test levels..so why no test in this stack? You could have added 500mgs/wk of sust without seeing sides. On that weak cycle..along with that diet, I am not surprised you aren't seeing gains. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
