Just wondering if there is a certain time to take winstrol (Illium). I take it at night but I was just wondering how long it stays in your body and when it begins to take effect. I remember someone saying it only stays in your system for 9 hours or something like that????? so if i do it at night and work out at 6 the next night then it might already be out of my system? just wondering and lookin for some help     | ||

If taking orally,most guys divide the dosage up between morning and evenings.... | ||
