So...it's the 3rd of december and I've got 4 weeks to lose 10-12lbs I am around 10-9% bodyfat and I don't expect to be hydrated when I weigh myself. I wrestle and therefore don't juice because I believe it to be an unfair advantage. Anywayz... I have my xenadrine and weigh about 161 and trying to hop down to about 149 I eat very healthy-- 1 serving home made oatmeal and a protein shake for breakfast, canned chicken breast canned tuna and some type of fruit (not bananas) for lunch a protein bar for a snack a couple of hrs later, 2 chicken breasts and rice or potatoes for dinner. I usually eat something else during the day for some carbs such as gatorade after practice or these all fruit popsicles (only 45cal a serving though) this leaves me around 1550-1900 cals/day and about 190+ grams of protein, and no more then 40g of fat (mostly due to the 7g of the protein bar, and the chicken, I am going to the worst scenerio w/ fat)
i also have (what I call a weak practice) for 2.5hrs 4x/wk
any wrestlers or good fat loss experts out there that can give me some constructive criticism would be appreciated
I already lost 13lbs in about 3 wks but i feel like I am not dropping now as quickly as I should be.

Cut the carbs, especially the ones with high GI. That should also get rid of excess water weight.

Look into a keto diet (aka anabolic diet, atkin's diet, ckd diet , tkd diet).

No offense, but T-Mag is SHIT and the "Fat Fast" diet is a "Death Fast" diet. Also I hope it doesn't get rid of ALL my fat

Yeah i liked t-mag back in feb but since then they have been lying through their teeth and it's not even funny those damn scammers.

The fast fast is a keto diet, just one that will get it off the fastest in two weeks.

Zeaky(sp?)-- Have you done the Fat Fast diet??? What were your results in terms of fat loss and maintaining strenth/muscle??

uh...yeah I tried it during the summer for two and a half weeks, I didn't lose all that much fat or muscle. It was hard to workout on the fat fast. If you have guts try it!
about 5 pounds of fat and that's it
