I've been using one of those electric bodi-tek ab machines for about a months, and i'm really beginning to feel my abs. I can't see them very well cos I need to lose some bf, but I can feel the outline. However, I keep reading that the only way to good abs is through sweat and pain, so i'm a little confused. Do these machines really work??

King do it the old fashion way it is a lot cheaper and plus if you do it pre workout it is a good warm up ------------------

try one of those abs wheels (small wheel with handles at both ends) they work good!! and I got mine for $10... I have been doin it the old fashioned way for years and wanted to throw a whole new mix on things and I remember my grandfather having one so I thought I would try it. damn was I sore then next day! just a thought... ------------------
