 fina kit question - please don't flame me!!

OK, here goes... I've been reading alot lately about fina, so I did the usual searches and checked out Mr. H's site. General consensus seems to be injection is the way to go. Now while getting the fina isn't a problem, I'm stumped on where to get the kit. It seems like none of the kit ingredients are controlled substances, so you should be able to get it all legally. Is this right? If so, can anyone point me in the right direction? I hope this isn't a stupid question. If it is, I'm sure someone on the board will let me know     | ||
