I`ve tried every chest movement for a good length of time and although my chest is OK its not in comparison with my other bodyparts. Even though I bench 300+ lbs it does not reflect this in size. Also nearly every one trains upper chest first where in me this is the good part of the muscle, its my shit ass lower chest that needs help, any suggestions? My routine is as follows Flat bench 4*Sets 3-15 reps * 1 extra warm up set ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You are probably not using perfect form. Slow down the movement, pinch your shoulder blades together (as if you want to squeeze an imaginary tennis ball between your shoulder blades) and go to failure (and true failure). The weight that you will be lifting will go down but you will be happy with the results. On the other hand, you may have been doing the same routine for too long. Change your routine to 6-10 sets of 60-100 reps. Use light weight (and the smith machine if necessary) for this workout. Use the slightly inclined position and go 'till failure. You will notice a difference in the 8 weeks you do it. Do it 2-3 times per week. It does work, just try it. ![]() ![]() ![]()
