Well...don't I feel special!!! Ok, here goes... Before I lift in the mornings, I eat an MRP bar, like a PowerBar Protein Plus...and drink a ton of water before and during the workout...after training, I make a big shake with protein, fruit, flax oil, maybe some peanut butter, etc...the rest of my meals (3-4) would consist of one part meat (chicken, pork, ground turkey, etc.), one part complex carb (like whole wheat pastas, breads, etc.), and one part fruit or veggies (can of either)...and I'd usually throw in some sweets (cookie dough's my weakness) during the cycle just to get the calories even higher...total calories were around 4000-4500, and for my starting weight of 155 (9% bodyfat), that's a lot...it's been a full week since my last clomid now, and I'm holding steady at about a 30 pound gain--maxed at 35--and am hanging around 11% bodyfat...so I am very happy with the ratio of muscle/fat I gained on my very light first cycle... As far as training, I lift every other day, hitting 2-4 bodyparts/day, cardio in between, and prefer to do supersets (quads-hams, lats-chest, and tris-bis, etc.), and many other intensity techniques...I really haven't gotten that much "stronger," but I think it's due to the way I train--always aiming for 8-10 reps...next semester I'll be able to lift more often, and will probably go on something like a 4 on-1 off split, 'cause my pre-contest prep starts in about 6 weeks (primo, clen, and T3), so my diet and training will become a lot stricter...drop me an e-mail if you've got any more questions, hope this helped! HAPPY GROWING!!! Keep us informed on your progress as you grow!!! ------------------

Cool, I think my training will be Mon, Tue, Th, Fri. hitting each bodypart once a week. Arms possibly twice a week. The problem will be keeping the diet up between school and work it will be tough. Looks like Im gonna go with the paper dbol and ganabol, cant resist the paper dbol, spoke to E2 about it ------------------

Hey badkins, don't kill me for saying this but leave the flax oil and peanut butter out of you post-workout shake.

WHY??? Essential fatty-acids not only provide lots of extra calories, but also promote good heart health (cholesterol-wise), skin health, and also help to lubricate joints...I believe both can be effective when cutting or bulking... ------------------

The flax oil will severely slow down the absorbtion of your post workout meal, which is when you need the quick absorbtion.

Absolutely EFA's a nothing but good calories and quite productive but post workout is not the time to be ingesting fats. You want fast absorbtion of both carbs and protein to put an end to the catabolism you have just induced. Fats will slow this proccess down. ------------------

When you say flax oil promotes skin health, does that include acne on the back while on gear? ------------------ |
