I was reading on the renegade board and came across this. tell me if it makes sense to you and is it worth trying.

"take a week or two off training and eat your ass of so your body stays in an anabolic mode. a long term break from training after a cycle would be catabolic...but not a week or two. plus it allows your body to utilize all the calories you eat to grow...instead of burning some of them off. Working out = stress. Stress = Catabolism. Cortisol = catabolism. when you're juicing you have the stress of working out to initiate a growth response, but you have testosterone to combat that stress and dont have the extra cortisol that "overstresses" you. but when you stop the juice, theres no testosterone and the cortisol takes effect again and the way to reduce the stress on your body is to stop training. Adding more stress while you have high cortisol and low testosterone is not a good thing!! Everyone is scared to stop training after they get off their cycle cuz they think they will lose their gains...but i never have. I usually gain about 22-24 pounds per cycle and 2 months after the end of my cycle i've only lost a max of 4 pounds....and i attribute that to water"

Take Clomid.If you stop training and eat your ass off you will gain weight(fat).

I'm assuming that clomid is a part of the picture. a cycle's useless without it.

Take Ephedrine HCL it has anticatabolic characteristics,but I think Clomid only will do the job.Also don't go crazy in gym,like you do when on juice,rather do maintening training,sleep a lot.

i like to take 10-14 days off, then go back for a week..and take it nice a slow for a few days
