What do you guys think the penalty would be, if any, if customs seized a package containing a few boxes of clen. and some glucophage? Is there any standard for being prosecuted? What I mean is, can they bust you for one amp or would they just seize it and wait for a bigger shipment? Is there any online documentation on any of this that someone can point me too? I�m just a little paranoid about ordering, so any help or comments are definitely appreciated. Thanks.     | ||

Well, there shouldn't be any penalty because you wouldn't be useing your real name and address, right? So in theory the only bad thing to come out of a seized package is, no money and no gear. | ||

even if you use your real name, from what I've read, customs will just seize the package and notify you. If you don't try to claim the package within a certain amount of time, it is destroyed. I would think that if you're just importing small amounts of clen, which isn't a class I drug, you really shouldn't have a problem if your package is seized (beyond losing the package, of course). | ||

lpw is exactly correct. I've had it happen to me. I got 2 certified letters about 6 weeks apart. One notified me they had confiscated the package and asked if I wanted to claim it. The second one said that they were going to dispose of the items (I had a lot more than clen in there) and that any future rights of mine to the property were being forfeited. If that happens to anyone and they have been using their name and home address they can probably get around it unless it is a huge amount of gear but you must lie your ass off if questioned and play absolutely dumb and stupid about it. They will probably give you the benefit of the doubt the first time. I also understand though that the names/addresses go into a central database so you better not have a second one show up with that same name/address. | ||

I have had two siezures with the same name. Don't worry about it unless you ordered a shitload. I just got letters saying the usual BS. |
