I'm on my first cycle of 300mg deca and 500mg aratest. My aratest is real, the batch number matched up with the one that someone posted as being real. I think that my deca is real too, its denkall 200mg. I'm almost done with my fourth week, and I have not gained any strength, and only a little mass. Is this normal at all? thanks for the help. | ||

Remember....The Enanth. in the Aratest is very slow for a release time....you should start seeing something very soon though... If not, I would examine your routine, diet and rest....I know the Test is real....Probally that worthless deca....heh heh heh Ranger | ||

2thick, thanks for the smart ass reply, but I don't think that I'm asking too much here. Wouldn't you say that most people start getting their strength gains at week 4? That is the only reason I'm asking. I eat at least 5000 calories a day, and a minimun of 250g of protein. I get 8 hours of sleep, and I train correctly 6 days a week. | ||

5,000 calories...are you sure...I'm not doubting you...just checking....and 6 days a week is quite alot Bro, you may be hitting it a bit to hard...eh!!! Take a day or 2 off, then hit it again....give it another week and see what happens Bro... Ranger | ||

Well, if you are eating 5000 calories per day get enough rest and train hard and you haven't gained anything worth mentioning then you are fucked. You should see gains from the calories themselves.

Yea, I'm getting at least 5000 a day. 2thick- I have seen a little weight (as I mentioned in my first post), just no strength yet. I will take an extra day off now, thanks for the suggestion. | ||

Thats a little fishy. The ara test has prop in it and you should get something from that after the first week. Not a lot but something, and its been 4 weeks... I dont know

Bro, Sounds like you are eating and training correctly, I can't really advise you on the authenticity of your juice, as we dont get any of what you mentioned in my country. At week four on a equvalent stack, I would expect to see about 7lb's of an increase in body weight. I would research your juice as a priority, I think it may be shit gear, you should be able to find pics of authentic products on the net somewhere, or you could do a search in the archives of this site. I usually would have noticed a slight increase in strength by the end of wk2, even with a low dose such as yours. Hope this helps Bro. ------------------ | ||

I have gained 9lbs so far. I am thinking that it is from the calories and The prop(like you said). My main question is the strength. Absolutely no gains in strength so far. Just wondering if this is ok or not. I figured that week four is when the strength is more noticeable. | ||

Z28Man, You have gained 9 lbs. That is far from nothing. Long acting test esters hit me at around 4 wks. Keep up the good diet and training and you will be suprised what you can attain. You will be stronger for sure. ghans | ||

Are you in this for strength or are you in it to enhance your physique. Unless you are a powerlifter or training for a specific sport, strength is irrelevant. Train for muscle growth. Nine pounds is nothing to bitch about when you're only in week four. Your genetics may determine that you only gain fifteen pounds off a cycle like that. ------------------ | ||

hey buddy you need to eat until you feel like shit.....and train the same way, just because you are on the gear does not mean you can do what ever you want and get big. i not saying that you are not doing these thing, but if you are then the gear is fake, sorry | ||

Hey bro...I would say 9lbs is not that bad...how do you look in the mirror?...how are your measurements...they will tell the true story...300mg of deca will do more in the way of hardening and solidifying the gains than bulking you up....I found when taking sust/omna(similar to your Ara) that the weight gains come first then the strength...my first cycle consisted of sust for 6-7 weeks and some deca.....after 4 weeks I was up 10lbs or so....weeks 5-10 is where the strength really picked up....in total I put on 20lbs and my diet wasn't that great..so stick with it and have a positive frame of mind next time you hit the gym....if you think you're not going to get stonger you won't...stick with it buddy | ||

I'd try getting a little more sleep if I were you. 8 hours is enough for an average person but if your exerting your self and trying to promote growth(which you should be) I'd try getting closer to 9 hours in. Your body needs that extra rest. | ||

How long are these workouts? 6 days a week? You may want to abbreviate your workouts and bring it down to every ohter day. Every gung-ho gym rat grows like a weed after cutting back workouts and bumping the intensity. You grow when you are not in the gym. | ||
