it's been one week since my gyno surgery and i'm bored shitless. to guys who've had the surgery...how long before you were back in the gym? i'm thinking a month for me, but the doc says different people heal differently..my biggest fear is getting fat...all this inactivity while still eating sucks..i cant even do aerobic type stuff for a while it seems..did you bros cut your eating while recovering? it's hard for me, since i was eating tons before, as i was lifting for mass...i guess i should buy a shitload of salad stuff, huh?
and were you guys pleased with the eventual outcome of your surgery? both sides are still swollen, but the left side is bigger..hope they even out...anyhow, any advice from guys who've had the surgery is welcomed

Bro, I feel your pain. I had my apendix taken out a month ago. I am just now trying to hit the gym but I feel like shit. Can't do sqauts at all and everything else hurts like a bitch even with the lightest of weight. I didn't have the problem of trying not to eat a lot. It hurts to eat a lot. Bro, just try to eat as clean as you can and do a little walking(it's better than nothing). I'm sure you won't gain as much as you think.
