I was just wondering what dietary supplements you guys use when you are on a cycle or using AS or do some of you not use anything at all?

Multi Vitamin/Mineral 3grams of vit c / day. 10 grams of glutamine/day. Protein powder in the name of Vyo Pro AST sports science, Weight Gainer in the name of N Large prolab, dessicated liver and alfalfa and kelp and thats about it.

Saw Palmetto to reduce DHT, Milk Thistle for liver health, an assortment of vitamins and many of the ones already mentioned.

Milk thistle & eve primrose oil for liver,
cranberry juice or extract for kidneys,
glutamine, glucosamine, shitloads of vitamins (b-complex, c, etc), flax seed oil & cod liver oil & I like the "MRP44" protein shakes & the "Pure Protein" bars. Of course I take all of this stuff, though maybe in slightly smaller quantities, when off too.
