I have a good, strong ABS but the problem is that they don't look very sharp. I have low body fat level, but it is still not a nice six pack. What should I do to make it look sharp and hard??? One of my friends used lasix and clenbuterol and now his six pack looks a lot better. Any advice on good cut for ABS??? thanks

Speaking of abs...... I remember when I was about 16, a year or so into training and was doing great, trying to be ripped and all, but was pissed that my abs weren't even like the guys in the rags. So I asked a personal trainer at my YMCA and he fed me this load of crap that I was training them unevenly!!! He said I needed to start hiting just one side to even them. What a retard He was, I couldn't help it I was young abd stupid I guess, but let me tell you , I must have trained his way for a good 3 months untill I became enlightened from the power of the internet. oh well, enough reminising.

Try everything. High reps for a week, low reps for a week. Train them every other day...or as soon as they recouperate. You have one of those ab wheels? Need one. Focus on them. Kill them.

I'd say clen/T3. You might try using weighted exercises (crunches w/weight, rope cable crunches, etc.)
