I'm currently doing a t3 and clen cycle ' the clen is done 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off. during the time off from clen is it necessary to take eca. [This message has been edited by howieball (edited November 30, 2000).]     | ||

I used pgf2 instead of ECA and it worked great. You do not need ECA but it helps to shed the weight faster. |
