I've heard that you can get steroids more easily in Canada. Is this true? And if so is it because they are legal or just less inforced?     | ||

I LIVE IN CANADA AND TRUST ME STEROIDS ARE NOT THAT EASY TO FIND. THEY ARE NOT LEGAL IN CANADA, BUT I THINK IT IS OK TO POSSES THEM BUT NOT TO BUY OR SELL, I AM NOT 100% SURE ABOUT THAT THOUGH. HOPE THIS HELPS CLEAR THINGS UP M18 | ||

In Canada steroids are illegal but cops don't do anything if you get caught with it. | ||

AS are NOT LEGAL in Canada to buy or sell, but a personal amount IS LEGAL for your own use. Steroids are not that easy to find up here but they are cheaper than US. | ||

STEROIDS ARE NOT ILLEGAL TO POSSESS AS LONG AS IT'S A PERSONAL AMOUNT AND OUR PERSONAL AMOUNT AND THE GOVERNMENTS PERSONAL AMOUNT ARE VERY DIFFERENT. SELLING IS ILLEGAL AND BUYING IS ILLEGAL. HOWEVER, I PERSONALLY DON'T KNOW ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN ARRESTED FOR STEROID USE POSSESION OR SELLING. ------------------ | ||

These comments beg the question- well what constitutes a personal amount?...say, would 60 amps of deca be for personal use, or would the authorities regard it as for distribution purposes? | ||

A friend of mine got popped a few years ago. I went to one of his trials and the RCMP had a shit load of audio tapes (from the phone taps) and this was all transcribed into what looked like a set of encyclopedias. Everything on everyone who was involved was recorded. Kind of interesting to read the phone taps. Best bet would be NOT to say anything via phone - not even some coded language you made up (Hey man I just got some golf balls in today - wanna golf??? or whatever...). Probably best only to deal with someone you know and trust. As for the results with my friend - not really sure. I do know that the courts dragged their ass and virtually drained his bank account dry with lawyers bills. Probably all the profits he made selling went to these bills. The group did get off relatively easy because no one in the ratted the others out in the begining (RCMP trying to make a deal - let one go and others fry) so everyone got off with a record and parole. I think the main guy served some time. With the record I don't think they can travel outside Canada. Sure glad I never got tempted to sell - what a fucking headache. It definately is illegal to sell in Canada but I think the courts tried to make an example out of this group. By the way I have never had a problem getting stuff up here in Canada - sometimes you just have to take what you can get. | ||

I know someone here that got popped as well... however, he also sold coke, so it was just a matter of time. He had a bladder coming in from oz, it was in a video casette tape. I think he said they were checking for kiddie porn or something and found the bladder(I may be wrong). |
