The less the better. At max I'd do no more than a couple times a week, maybe 20 mins each time. The next time I bulk I'm gonna try and cut it out all together. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I wouldn't do any stressful cardio while bulking. You want every calorie you can get. I would do lite cardio like treadmill walking, or ten to fifteen minutes of stairmaster just to keep the blood oxygenated and to warm up before lifting. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
