When spring comes around, I'm going to try and cut up, not contest preparation or anything, but pretty lean. I know I should stop eating bread, or atleast cut down, but when I'm in University all I eat is sandwiches. What are some alternatives to sandwiches? (And rice)

Go cyclic keto for a month. It takes discipline, sure, so does going to the gym on leg day. In 32 days I dropped 9 lb fat and gained 1 lb muscle according to underwater weighing.

If you do plenty of cardio and keep your carbs down below 100g per day, you should see the results your looking for. Remember to eat plenty of protein.

I agree w/ harmonic!!! at 205lbs 6.5%bf I was eating 400-425 grams of protein/day.

Just cut the carbs after 3PM, cut out sugar as much as possible, avoid all processed/fast food and that's it. You don't even need cardio.

2THICK.....i would never step on your toes bro, but i have to disagree. i think its better (faster and more productive) to do 3-4 days a week of cardio. cardio in the morning on an 8-10 empty stomach combined with an E/C/A stack and maybe some T-3 will just melt the bodyfat off your body. this way, you dont have to suffer by cutting carbs out after only 3 p.m. you get this benefit plus some cardiovascular conditioning in the process which always helps during a kick-ass leg day or back training day. just my opinion, no disrespect man.

Say whatever you want, bro (as long as it is not insulting ).

That is one way to do it, but I like to cut fat naturally if I can. If it is too had, then I will use clen/eca.
