I've injected Sest 250 for the last two weeks and the next morning I woke up in agonizing pain unable to put any kind of pressure on the leg I used. Unbeleivable pain. Now I have done this (juice) before so what gives.    | ||

Was it a glute or quad injection? | ||

It was a glute injection. Right cheek in the center of the pocket area. | ||

Prob hit a nerve, then again i sometimes used to get a pain in the butt when using sust.no need to worry it'll pass........Fooz | ||

Pocket area?? If we are thinking of the sam e thing, isn't that a little low?? I usually shot just over the pocket area to avoid getting to close to the sciatic nerve. Here is a quote as to where to inject in the glute: 2 to 3 inches below the iliac crest. The iliac crest is the top of the pelvic girdle on the posterior (back) side. You can find the iliac crest by feeling the uppermost bony area above each gluteus muscle. |
