Hey fellas, I think I have finally decided on a plan for my proposed short cycles. First, one of the drugs I will be using will be test phenyl-propionate at a dose of 1000 mg on day 1. Here is the info posted by Drexx about this drug's life in the body: This is data for the Phenyl Propionate comming from sust It contains 60mg of it: Here are the numbers... Day...mg Come to your own conclusion. It peaks 5 days after the shot and it's half life is 10 days... This is from the sust250 excel spreadsheet. Looking at this it appears as though there is no test active in the body until the second day. And by day 16, it is 95% gone. So here is my conclusion based on this. Since there is no test active in the body until day 2, why not do all of the test (1000 mg) on the day before "day 1"? Makes sense to me. This would mean that on the 15th day, 95% of the test would be gone. Because if you look at the above chart, there is really only approximately 15 days that there is test active in the body. If I were to do 1000mg on (the day before) day 1, this would mean that by day 15 there would only be 50 mg left in the system and that would be gone pretty quick anyways. So that fits the short cycle scheme just about perfect. On to the next part.... In my last post Krusher replied by saying I should use test suspension. At first, I though I didn't want to do that. After all, everyone has seen where I have stated I want as few injections as possible. But thinking about it, I realized it would be perfect to add with the test phenyl-prop and would really get things going (to say the least). I can't use dbol because of the hair problem, so I thought, what other test based product can promote very quick gains? Then I realized Krusher had a great point about suspension. It would kick the strength gains in very quickly. I have read that it can pass through a needle as small as 25 gauge, so that would definitely help to lessen injection pain from the needle itself. I am not exactly looking forward to all the injections, but I figure it will only be for two weeks at a time, so I need to be a man and just do it! So, suspension it is! I think for the first couple of cycles, I will use it at 100 mg EOD, and then as I get used to the frequent injection, switch to 100 mg ED for the rest of the cycles. This would give me a grand total of 2400 mg of test (approx.) for the two weeks (if I did 100 mg ED, that is) There will be ten cycles total. Each one will last two weeks and then there will be a three week break before starting another one. Hopefully, I can pick up at least 5 lbs each time. We will see. I am dying to prove all of those that are skeptical of short cycles wrong. I want to prove that you can put on lots of mass, safely and steadily by using short cycles and putting on just a few pounds at a time. Hopefuly I won't end up wrong and looking like a moron !! Here is/are the cycle(s): Day before Day 1: 1000 mg of test phenyl-proprionate Days 1-14: 100 mg of test suspension ED (except the first few cycles), T3 at 25 mcgs per day, Creatine at 20-30 grams per day and glutamine at 20-30 grams per day. Week 3: 50 mg of clomid per day (for the just in case factor), creatine and glutamine the same as the first two weeks, 4-6 Xenadrine per day, no T3. Weeks 4 and 5: creatine and glutamine down to 15 grams each per day, 4-6 Xenadrine per day. Then, of course, repeat and repeat again!!!!! Calories will be kept high (over 4000 calories) for weeks 1-3, and then dropped back down to maintenance levels for the last two weeks. As usual, nolva will be on hand. I will also be taking arimidex, but I will have to experiment with dosages. In case you haven't been following my plan, I have a thinning hair line so I will begin taking propecia soon and pretty much forever! Also, I WILL be taking pictures every three months or so, and I will only post them once the whole experiment is over. Its going to be a fun year. A whole year without shutting down my test production and having little raisins for nuts...that is a new thing to me!! Anyways, I guess that's about it...for now. Let me know what you think. Thanks for re-posting. I don't know too much about short cycles, so I can't comment on that. My only question is do you think 4000 cals is really that high? When I'm bulking, I try to get in at least 5000 cals/day. Good luck. Let us know how it goes. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Actually this isn't a repost. The first post was sort of just gathering together ideas. THIS is the final draft that I just put together today. No, I don't think 4000 calories is high. My last cycle I took in around 5500 cal per day and I almost puked a few times. I will eat as much as I can, but the minimum will be 4000 calories.
