How many sets (including warm ups) do you do? What weight and rep scheme do you use? Just trying to get some more ideas so I can re-structure my program. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I personally never do more than 6-8 reps on deadlifts...read somewhere that was good, but I can't remember where...something with the muscle fibers, biomechanics, something like that...I like to superset 'em with hypers, too! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would never deadlift to failure. That's where the bad injuries occur. Always leave that last rep in you (even the HIT fanatics subscribe to that) Try sumo deadlifts. I switched to them and found that at my height (6'), I am much better suited to those. My legs have grown better, and I have less strain on my knees. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
