Just for fun. Squats are mandatory in my legs so that is a must. ANything else is fair game. Try for 4 or five excercises.

That's a bit many exercises for your legs, don't you think? Do the basics bro. Squat, lying leg curls for your hams, and calf raises. You can build a set of massive legs from those alone.

Try this one.
Stiff-leg deadlifts 4x10
Leg Press 4x15
Superset: 3x15
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Squats 3x20 then to finish off do a drop set
Use a acouple of 45's and 5-25's on each side
do 6 reps, remove 1-25 from each side until all 25's have been removed, then see if you can walk. By the way just did this at lunch and i don't think i can get up from my chair.

How about some legpresses after squatting? Load 45's until you can load no more plates, then put a 120 Lb girl on top...try for triples. Oh, and you might want to wrap those knees, so they don't blow out!

Big-Al's leg workout will definitely do a number on you. I am tempted to walk across the hall to his office and kick his tail but for some reason right now my legs won't move.

P.S. We normally do calves as well but didn't have time this week.

Sorry Nick...I just thought by your name that...you know..

Anyway, then just don't go as heavy. But make it very challanging! It should be scary- go for it Bro, take the journey.

Try some front squats with barbell or on the Smith. They are really a bitch and I can barely walk today after doing them yesterday. Tomorrow will be worse.

For a burn out last set, do some heavy walking lunges... like 20 paces with the 40lb bells.

Something diferent.

It's all according to what ou want out of our legs. Strength, Mass??? Training your legs you really have to look at your weaknesses and adjust your leg work to fix them. Symmetry is the key to great legs.
